For those of you who want to live alone but have amassed enough going for you that a one bedroom doesn’t quite cut it anymore. You’re bold and successful and need more space to roam free…. or whatever. If you’re looking for a little bit more, here it is. Before you Ph.D students start emailing us, YES, it is the exact same as the 2 bedroom. But since they are popular with solo residents, we wanted to clarify. So here are the goods:
Includes hard-wired internet and cable TV.
Rent: Only $810/mo. (per apartment/unit, not per bedroom/person)
Deposit: $810
Pet Deposit: The fee for the first pet is $500 half non-refundable. We do not charge monthly pet rent.
Application Fee: $50/person

Holleman by the Park is a small community of buildings located near the corner of Holleman and Anderson (1402 Holleman, College Station, Texas USA 77840). They are locally owned and managed. The residents seem to be a mix of undergraduate students, graduate students, and young professionals. Some highlights of the units include:
